Matthew 18: 21-35

In the final section of this chapter of Matthew, Jesus speaks to his disciples about their willingness to forgive one another. When asked how often one should forgive, Peter responds “seven times.” Jesus comes back immediately, multiplying that number by 10, meaning there should be no limit to forgiveness. He reinforces his point with the parable.
