Mark 6:30-34

The Apostles thought they were going to get away after their exhausting yet fruitful mission. No rest for the weary on the journey with their Lord. The crowds found their way to Jesus and the Apostles, and Jesus responded to the needs of the people.

I am reminded that the “interruptions are the work.” I pray to be open and patient when I find my work interrupted by someone in need.
